产业结构与土地经济密度的关联协调研究

通过对1998—2017年郑州市产业结构与土地经济密度的关联协调性进行研究,结果表明:1)郑州市产业结构呈现"三二一"的发展特征; 2)产业结构与土地经济密度有显著关联性,其中产业结构水平与土地经济密度关联度最高; 3)产业结构与土地经济密度的协调度整体上由失调发展为协调,且产业结构的变化率快于土地经济密度的增长率.因此,为了提高土地资源产出水平,促进经济与资源协调发展,要有序推进产业结构向合理化、高级化、高水平方向发展,促进产业结构优化升级.

The Relation and Coordination between Industrial Structure and Land Economic Density

Through the research on the relationship and coordination between the industrial structure and land economic density in Zhengzhou from 1998 to 2017,the results show that:( 1) the industrial structure of Zhengzhou presents the characteristics of " 321" development;( 2) there is a significant correlation between industrial structure and land economic density,among which the industrial structure level has the highest correlation with land economic density;( 3) the industrial structure and land economic density have the highest correlation. As a whole,coordination has developed from maladjustment to coordination,and the change rate of industrial structure is faster than the growth rate of land economic density. It is concluded that the industrial structure should be rationalized,advanced and high-level in an orderly way,so as to improve the economic benefits of land and promote the coordinated development of economy and resources.
