| Abstract: | The excellent properties and application prospects of single crystal materials have attracted wide attention. Solution method is the most widely used method at present. In this paper,the characteristics and precautions of each preparation method are analyzed from the growth principle of single crystal,and the normal temperature solution method,hydrothermal method and diffusion method are summarized. |
