摘    要: 面向“一带一路”沿线国家用户开展用户调查,通过对调查结果的分析和实地走访,获得目前国际用户在日常科研和业务中应用风云气象卫星的现状。结合国际用户的内在需求和中国建设“一带一路”的自身动力,提出进一步扩展卫星全球监测能力、提高“一带一路”国家获取卫星数据的能力、提升“一带一路”国家遥感应用能力、加强与“一带一路”国家的科技交流和人员往来4个方面的发展对策和建议。

Abstract:Fengyun meteorological satellite (FY satellite) is one of the highest operational and the best used remote-sensing satellites in China. It is also honored with a name card of practising the Belt and Road initiative and building the Belt and Road spatial information corridor. This article carries out an international survey, analyzes the survey result, conducts in-site investigations, and discovers the status of FY satellite data applications to scientific research and operational work of international users. Combined with international user's requirements and internal motivations, this article puts forward strategies and advises in terms of promoting satellite global observation capability, improving Belt and Road countries' data acquisition and remote sensing application abilities, and strengthen scientific exchange between China and Belt and Road countries.
