我国延迟退休研究热点问题与趋势分析基于CiteSpace计量分析（2010~2020）

随着人口老龄化进程的加快，延迟退休是积极应对老龄化问题的重要举措，关于延迟退休的研究成为学界关注的热点。借助CiteSpace可视化软件，对我国2010～2020有关延迟退休问题研究的发文量、研究机构、关键词、突现词等进行分析，并对热点问题进行了研究，分析了延迟退休的发展脉络。研究发现，延迟退休的研究热点主要集中在养老保险、人口老龄化、退休年龄、养老金等方面，还需要进一步深入研究。延迟退休的相关具体政策实施效果将成为延迟退休研究的重点方向，来进一步完善我国的延迟退休政策。

Hot Issues and Trend Analysis on Delaying Retirement Research in ChinaBased on CiteSpace Measurement Analysis (2010~2020)

Based on the CiteSpace visualization software, the knowledge graph consisting of the number of the research articles on delaying retirement, research institutions, keywords, and emergent words was drawn, and related hot issues were analyzed, and the development context of delaying retirement research was summarized. The study found that the research hotspots of delaying retirement mainly focused on pension insurance, population aging, retirement age and pensions, and the research needed to be further deepened, the research dimensions needed to be further expanded. The study pointed that delaying retirement is an important measure to actively respond to the problem of population aging, and the research on delaying retirement is a hot spot in the academic community.
