摘    要:自1995年成立以来,中国科学院微重力重点实验室(原国家微重力实验室)以微重力科学为重点研究方向,以国家重大航天任务为牵引,突出学科交叉特色,坚持全方位开放,引领国内优势力量积极开展微重力科学交叉研究,取得了一批优秀的基础研究成果。本文总结和分析了微重力实验室学科交叉和开放管理的特点,以期总结经验、发现问题、开拓创新,并能为其他实验室建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:Key Laboratory of Microgravity, Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, founded in 1995 as the National Microgravity Laboratory, has focused on microgravity sciences studies and aimed at national space missions. Sticking on interdisciplinary research and open to communicate with colleagues, it has made great progresses in basic sciences in the past decade. Here we overviewed its laboratory running in interdisciplinary research and open management which may be suggestive for other laboratories.
