锗-CPA-pN络合吸附波的研究

摘    要:在pH4.9~5.5 的NH4AC-HAC缓冲溶液中,可获得Ge(Ⅳ)-CPA-pN络合物的单扫描极谱吸附波。在适宜条件下,波高与锗浓度在1.38×10-7~4.60×10-5mol/L范围有线性关系,检出限为5.52×10-8,峰电位-0.78V(vs.SCE),表观稳定常数为4.7×109。处理样品中籍蒸馏法分离出 GeCl4进行测定,结果满意。

Abstract:The single scanning polarographic adsorption wave of Ge(IV)-CPA-pN complex is available in the buffer of NH_4Ac-HAc system at the pH value 4.9~5.5 . Under proper conditions, there is a linear relation between the wave height and the Ge concentration ranging from 1.38×10~7-4.60×10~(-5)mol/L ,with the detection limit 5.52×10-8mol/L,the peak potential -0.78V(vs.SCE) and the apparent steady constant 4.7×10~9, The satisfying results are obtained in the determination of GeCl4 of the sample, which is separated by distillation. The electrode process of the complex adsorption wave is studied.
