摘    要:介绍了用直流气体放电活化反应蒸发沉积法制备SnO2超微粒薄膜;着重探讨了其有机染料敏化后的光电性质,并结合SEM图的观测和紫外吸收光谱的分析,初步讨论了电池结构等因素对微粒薄膜光电性能的影响

Abstract:SnO 2 ultralfine particle films(UPF) have been prepared by a method called D C gas discharge activating reacting deposition.The A C electrical properties of the SnO 2 UPF and the photo electric properties of the dye sensitized films were studied.The open voltage and short circuit of SnO 2 thin films have been studied by SEM.According to the absorption spectrum,the effects of the structured and other factors on the photo electric properties of the cells were primarily studied.
