无机紫外线屏蔽剂的功能机理研究

摘    要:诸多文献对无机紫外线屏蔽荆机理的认识尚存在可商榷之处。文章基于光学理论,建立新的光与织物相互作用的模型。通过一套基于该模型的独特的实验方案和分析方法,以商业品TiO2、ZnO和SiO2为例,对无机紫外线屏蔽荆的功能机理进行研究。结果显示,不同材料呈现不同的机理,给出理论解释,就无机紫外线屏蔽荆及其功能纺织品的开发提出建议,提出新模型的潜在应用前景。

Abstract:The mechanism of inorganic UV blocking agents is not so clear as that of the organic UV absorbers. People hold different views on this issue. This paper studies the mechanism of inorganic UV blocking agents for fabrics systematically. On the base of optical theory, a new model displaying how fabric acts to the light illuminating on it was established. Commercial nano-particles TiO2 , ZnO, SiO2 and submicrometer TiO2 were used in this paper as inorganic UV blocking agents. Some new measures and analysis methods were adopted. Besides, theoretical explanations were given to the results, and some new points were put forward for developing both inorganic UV blocking agents and UV protective textiles.
