| 摘 要： | 近几年随着高校扩招和就业形势的严峻,高校毕业生就业市场中的诚信缺失现象呈上升趋势,诚信意识淡薄、制作虚假简历、随意违约、面试时的不诚信行为及用人单位招聘时的弄虚作假等现象普遍存在。本文通过对高校毕业生就业市场诚信缺失现象及诚信缺失的主要原因进行分析,提出了提高大学生就业市场诚信水平的对策。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of colleges and universities in recent years,the employment situation become more severe.But the phenomenon of lacking of employment integrity is going to take an upward trend.For example,creating a false resume,breaking contracts and so on.By analyzing the reasons for this phenomenon,some countermeasures are proposed in this paper,which aim to improve the integrity level of college graduates. |
