摘    要:创造性人格由创造性个性倾向、创造性自我意识、创造性心理特征所构成。培养和开发学生的创造力是现代教育的一个重要特征,创造教育是培养学生创造性人格的有效途径,其目标是培植学生的创造性品质。教育要培养和建构学生的创造性人格需要创造型教师、宽松民主的教学环境、创新的舞台。

Abstract:The creative personality is composed of creative individuality,creative self-awareness and creative mental features.It is an important character of modern education to train and develop students' creativity.Creativity education is the effective path for students' creativity,and the creative quality is its objective.The cultivation and construction of the creative personality must be based on creative teachers,free and democratic educational atmosphere and creative platform.
