| 摘 要： | 创造性人格由创造性个性倾向、创造性自我意识、创造性心理特征所构成。培养和开发学生的创造力是现代教育的一个重要特征,创造教育是培养学生创造性人格的有效途径,其目标是培植学生的创造性品质。教育要培养和建构学生的创造性人格需要创造型教师、宽松民主的教学环境、创新的舞台。
