高速公路半刚性护栏静态缩比试验研究

摘    要:对波形梁(W形截面)半刚性护栏实物材料和缩比模型材料进行静态范围内的拉伸及四点弯曲试验;研究了静载下两种材料的本构关系,考察了它们的应变率敏感性。试验结果表明材料对应变率不甚敏感。通过对护栏缩比模型进行三点弯曲试验研究,考虑了不同支座条件对变形和能量吸收的影响,归纳了失效试件的变形种类并计算了相应的变形能。最后得到缩比护栏结构的能量吸收特性在垫支座和边支座下分别呈线性和幂曲线关系。

Abstract:The tension and four-point bending experiments of W-section semirigid guardrail's material were completed within a static range. The experimental results show that the material is not so sensitive to the strain rate. The tension experiment on the model material was carried out, and its stress-strain equation was also obtained. The three-point bending experiment on the scale-down model was conducted under two different supporting conditions. The model's contribution to energy absorption was analyzed and its property was inspected during the deformation.
