硅掺杂氮化硼纳米管的制备及其光学性质

摘    要:通过高温热解聚合物前驱体方法制备Si掺杂BN纳米管. 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品的结构与形貌进行表征, 结果表明, 样品属于一端开口的竹节状BN纳米管, 通过变温光致发光谱及喇曼光谱研究了Si掺杂BN纳米管的光学性质. 

Abstract:A method for synthesizing silicon-doped BN nanotubes through catalyst assisted pyrolysis of(Si-B-C-N) precursor was reported.Scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) and high transmission electronic(microscopy)(TEM) observation showed the nanotubes have a special bamboo structure with an open end.In order to study the optical properties of the nanotubes,the photoluminescence(PL) spectrum and Raman(spectrum) were measured under the excitation of 488 nm laser.
