水泥浆/花岗岩的界面偶联机理初探

摘    要:对比试验显示,花岗岩表面涂一层硅烷偶联剂溶液后,再浇水泥砂浆,能显著提高两者界面层的粘结强度.在此基础上结合硅烷偶联剂化学,初步探讨了偶联剂在水泥浆/花岗岩界面层形成化学键的机理及其检验问题,并说明用偶联剂大幅度改善新老混凝土修补界面层性能的可行性.

Abstract:An experimental research showed that coating granite surface by using silane coupling agent could significantly increase the bond strength of cement paste-granite interfacial layer. Based on silane coupling chemistry, the mechanism and inspection of silane coupling agent creating a chemical bond between cement paste/granite interfaces were investigated. It was indicated that new and old concrete repair interfacial layer properties was improved by using silane coupling agent.
