| 摘 要： | 贮存后烟梗含水率偏大是应用洗梗机后出现的常见问题．通过正交试验法对洗梗工序的有关工艺参数进行分析，结果表明，影响烟梗含水率的主要因素是循环水温和循环水量，故通过调整主要因素，较好地控制了烟梗含水率。

| Abstract: | When using stem washing machine,the common problem is that the moisture content is too high after being stored .After all around researching on the parameter of stem washing procedure by the method of milti factor test, it was found that the main factors affecting the moisture content are the temperature and the ammount of cycling water.So the moisture content of stem can be controlled by ajusting these factors. |
