| 摘 要： | 科技与社会政治之间存在的干涉与自由的权力张力中,自由研究是其重要的一极.自发的好奇心是科技发展的内在动力,学术自由具有重要意义和价值,自由也是科技主体的一项权利.同时,处于权力张力中的自由研究必然存在固有的限度.

| Abstract: | Power tension of freedom and interference exists in the space between science-technology and politics over a long period at time, and freedom research is an important extremity of them. Curiosity is the inner motivation of science-technology development, and academy freedom is of important meaning and value, and freedom is also a kind of right of science-technology subject. At the same time, freedom academy in power tension inevitably exists inherent limitation. |
