借助三维H点人体模型,对61辆工程机械驾驶室内的9项尺寸进行实际测量,把测量值作为原始数据,采用多元统计分析理论中的因子分析法对其加以分析和处理·找出了与驾驶员手伸及界面密切相关的驾驶室尺寸综合因子G及其得分公式·G值可用于工程车辆驾驶室的设计以及检验现有车辆驾驶室内操作钮件布置的合理性

Defining the General Cab Package Factor G of Earth Moving Machinery with the Theory of Factor Analysis

The statistic characteristics of operator's hand reach capacity can be reflected through the stature percentile and the ratio of male to female of operator. The influences of interior dimensions of cab package upon the hand reach envelope can be analyzed with the theory of modern factor analysis. Nine dimensions were tested on each of 61 earth moving machinery cabs based on three dimensional human body model. The testing datum was analyzed and processed with the theory of modern factor analysis. The method for establishing the expression for the earth moving machinery's general cab package factor G was introduced. The factor G has a comprehensive influence on driver's hand reach envelopes. It can be used for initial design stages of a new vehicle's cab or to check if the locations of the control knob are reasonable.
