| 摘 要： | 人民调解制度在我国有深厚的文化基础,也有革命传统的因素。面临着开放改革、市场经济快速发展引起社会转型的新形势,特别是建设和谐社会的需要,需要改革。当今世界先进的非诉讼民事纠纷解决机制ADR所具备的优点,能够为我们所用,可以借鉴ADR对我国的人民调解制度加以改造。

| Abstract: | People intermediation system rooted in deep culture foundation in our country,also in factors of revolution tradition.Faced to the new situation of society tran-ship leaded by the open and reformation?swiftly developing market economy,especially to the demand of constructing harmony social development,the system should be reformed urgently.Advantages of ADR,the most advanced non-litigation civil dispute solving mechanism,can draw lessons from to people of our country.The intermediation system takes in to reform through it. |
