| Abstract: | University＇s Journal is responsible for the researches on the education science, the spread and accu- mulation of knowledge, promotion of the communication of scientific research, improving quality of the nation, and promoting economic development and social progress. From the view of management, this paper discusses the advantages of editor＇s real-name system in universities and colleges＇ journal. The author found that the ed- itor the real name system is good for innovative thinking, convenient management of editor with highly effective incentives. |
