摘    要:为了深入研究混凝土的破坏机理,并找到相应的提高混凝土强度的方法,分别制作了四种常用标号的砂浆试块以及四种标号的混凝土试块,并对各种试块进行了简单单调加载条件下的声发射试验,对声发射能量-峰值频率关联图进行了对比分析。结果显示:声发射信号峰值频率主要集中在25~40 k Hz和85~105 k Hz两个区段内,并且随着标号的提高,高频信号增加,最终得出了提高砂浆等级、提高骨料含量、提高骨料界面粘结力以及提高骨料强度等措施可以有效提高混凝土强度的结论。

Abstract:In order to further study the failure mechanism of concrete, and to find the corresponding method to improve the strength of concrete,four kinds of mortar test block of common grade and four kinds of concrete block were respectively made,and the acoustic emission test is carried out under the condition of simple monotonic loading.The results showed that the peak frequency of AE signal is mainly concentrated in the two sections of 85kHz~105kHz and 25kHz~40kHz, and with the increase of the label, the high frequency signal is increased .Thus, the conclusion is drawn that the strength of concrete can be improved effectively by Improving the grade of mortar, improving the content of aggregate, improving the interfacial bond strength and improving the strength of the aggregate.
