基于工业CT技术的沥青路表纹理特性研究

摘    要:沥青路面表面纹理特性,包含宏观纹理和微观纹理两方面因素。提出纹理参数PL index用于表征其几何特性。通过工业CT技术扫描路面芯样,获取芯样侧视剖面图,使用数字图像处理技术提取表面轮廓并计算PL index。研究PL index的统计分布以及分析其与路面抗滑指标的相关性。结论表明,以PL index为参数表征表面纹理是合理有效的,其与路面抗滑指标有较好的相关性。

Abstract:In order to study the surface texture of asphalt pavement, including macro-texture and micro-texture, an indicator called PL index was developed to characterize the texture properties in this paper. Through the industrial CT scanning technology, obtained the pavement specimens lateral view , and used the image analysis software to extract the surface profile and calculate PL index. The statistical distributions of PL index and the correlation between pavement skid indicator and PL index were studied. Results showed that PL index as the parameter to characterize surface texture was reasonable and valid , and it had a good correlation with the pavement skid indicators.
