| 摘 要： | 采用侧脑室注射(icv)的方法,观察了淫羊藿(Herba epimedium,HE)对正常和应激性高血压(stress-induced hyportension,SIH)大鼠动脉血压的影响,并探讨了其中枢降压效果的作用机制.结果表明:常规水煮提取的淫羊藿总黄酮(TFE)对正常大鼠和应激性高血压大鼠平均动脉血压(MAP)均有降低作用,注药前后差异显著(P<0.05);而用荷包牡丹碱(bicu-culline)阻断γ-氨基丁酸A(GABAA)受体可以影响TFE的降压效应.说明侧脑室注射TFE具有降压效应,其降压机制可能与GABAA受体相关. |

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of Herba Epimedium(HE) on the blood pressure and stress-induced hypertension(SIH) in rats,the conventional UHP temperature boiled epimedium flavonoids(TFE) were injected intracerebroventricularly(icv) in the normal or stress rats to observe the effect on the femoral artery pressure(ABP) and discuss the central antihypertensive mechanism.Results shows that:both the mean arterial blood pressure(MAP) in normal and stress rats can be depressed by the TEF(P<0.05);and the antihypertensive effect of TEF can be depressed by blocking the GABAA receptor with bicuculline.TEF injected intracerebroventricularly have an antihypertensive effect,and the mechanism may be related to the GABAA receptor. |
