接枝变性淀粉浆料──接枝支链的分子结构设计分析及合成路线

摘    要:本文从聚合物分子设计的基本思想出发,以纺织浆料材料的几个主要性能要求为依据,首次定性分析了接枝变性淀粉浆料接枝支链的分子结构,归纳出接枝支链的分子结构模型,并提出了合成路线.

Abstract:Based on the basic principles of polymeric molecule design, the required molecular structure of the graft --branches in the macromolecule of starch graft copolymer size is qualitatively analysed and proposed for the first time according to the main performance requirements such as glass transition temperature(Tg), adhesive power to the polyester/cotton blend yarn,wetting ability on the fibers,hydrophilicity and desized requirements of the textile size. Then,the molecular structrue of the graft--branches is concluded. Finally ,the synthesis methods are suggested.
