摘    要:用于对几何光程差进行补偿的光学延迟线系统是长基线恒星光干涉仪的关键子系统之一.本文介绍了南京天文光学技术研究所研发的二级补偿延迟线系统.经过测试,直线电机驱动的延迟线小车的补偿精度小于5mm,经过PZT系统的补偿,该二级补偿系统在短时间内的补偿精度满足了要求.研究表明,为了满足长时间观测的需要,延迟线系统应该采用硬实时的控制方法.

Abstract:Optical delay line system used to compensate the geometric optical path difference is one of key subsystem of the long baseline stellar interferometer.A two stages compensation delay line system developed by Nanjing Institute of Astronomical Optical and Technology was introduced in this paper.After testing,the tracing error of carriage driven by linear moror is better then 5 microns,after compensated by the PZT,the whole compensation error of this delay line system meet the requirements in a short time.The results show that,in order to meet the needs of long time observation,hard real-time control methods should be used to delay line system.
