| 摘 要： | 以Agent代替人实现自动协商，将大大提高远程谈判的效率．提出基于Agent推理的自动谈判方法和基于最近邻匹配的案例推理工作流程，开发出能够实现自动谈判的一个原型系统，在很大程度上实现了谈判的智能化和自动化，为谈判支持系统的开发提供了新的思路．

| Abstract: | An automatic negotiation approach based on CBR and agent reasoning is proposed, a nearest-neighbor case matching method is utilized to make agent with more intelligence. Efficiency of negotiation is greatly improved due to utilization of agent. A prototype is implemented to realize automatic negotiation, experiment shows this approach is effective, which will provide new thoughts for the research of the efficient and intelligent negotiation. |
