基于DBD的臭氧发生管设计方法

摘    要:根据介质阻挡放电法DBD设计玻璃介电体臭氧发生管.通过对臭氧发生管的电特性以及其理论耐压的分析,讨论了影响臭氧发生管特性的因素.实验结果和理论分析表明,当选取优化的结构参数和工作条件时,以玻璃为介电体的臭氧发生管的单管产量预期可达到100 g/h.

Abstract:Introducing the design method of the tubular ozone with narrow discharge air gap and glass dielectrics.By analyzing the ozone cell electrical characteristic,theoritic resistance to voltage,and the ingredients which affect the character of ozone cell,it can be concluded from the result of the experiment and academic analysis that one tubular ozone cell of glass dielectrics will produce ozone more than 100 g / h in expect if only we choose optimized configuration parameter and work condition.
