河北省中外合作办学现状及对策研究

我国政府鼓励中外合作办学的核心是引进国外优质教育资源,学习和借鉴国外先进经验和管理模式,促进中国的教育改革。中国的中外合作办学已有近20年的历史,河北省在中外合作办学中也取得了一定的成绩和经验,同时存在着合作办学层次低、专业设置不合理等诸多问题。只有通过积极扶持、严把质量、提高层次、加强管理等手段,方能使河北省中外合作办学健康、持续地发展。
