| 摘 要： | 武术套路兼有强身健体、防身自卫、修身养性和娱乐观赏四个功能，尤其以“手眼身法步，精神气力功”八法变化锻炼身心，对学生体育达标也有重要意义，但武术套路在学校群众性体育推广上尚不普及，笔者从问卷调查所掌握的数据入手，分析影响武术套路在学校群众性体育活动中开展的因素，并针对这些因素提出一些可以尝试的建议。

| Abstract: | Wushu series has the functions of physical training,self defending,moralcultivation and entertainment, what is more,it combines the techniques of using hands, eyes,body,steps and coordinating spirits and strength for the purpose of keeping fit.In addition,wushu series enables students to fulfill the standards required in the course of physical training.In spite of the these advatages,wushu seres is still not popular enough in general colleges. This essay, thus, analyzes some impeding factors in promoting wushu series at school.Based upon the questionnaires,the author has made some suggestions to solve these problems. |
