| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种适用于生产线的称重传感器自动检测系统．该系统使自动化检测过程代替传统的手动操作检测过程。提高了检测效率．系统使用可编程控制器(PLC)控制机械手完成压力加载过程，利用工控机通过高精度采集卡采集32路传感器的输出电压数据．并开发了专用软件用于自动判断检测结果．该自动检测系统集高精度数据采集、数据处理、搬运机械手控制功能于一身。避免了人为误差．实现了传感器检测流程的自动化。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly describes an auto-test system for weight sensors,which is suitable for product line.This study was to make the auto-test process to substitute the traditional handwork test process so as to improve the efficiency of auto-test for weight sensors.The system used PLC to control the manipulator to accomplish the pressure loading,used IPC to collect the output voltage data of thirty-two weight sensors through an accurate A/D acquisition card.In this study,a sort of special software for auto-judge-test result has been developed.This system gathers the following functions in one,i.e.accurate data collection,data processing and transportation manipulator control;it also avoids man-made errors,and realizes automation of the testing flow of weight sensors. |
