| Abstract: | This paper briefly expounds the position and functions of middle-and-small-sized enterprise in Chinese national economy, points out that the financing difficulty is a common problem for the middle-and-small-sized enterprise, analyzes the financing channels and financing features and the causes of the financing difficulty of the middle-and-small-sized enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions of solving the financing difficulty of the of the middle-and-small-sized enterprise. |
