摘    要:从定量角度研究了运动副间隙与递纸牙运动规律之间的相互关系。在假定运动副受力为连续接触模型的条件下 ,利用差分方程求出了运动副间隙与递纸牙运动精度之间的相互关系。运动副间隙越大 ,递纸牙运动轨迹误差就越大 ;机器速度越高 ,运动副间隙对递纸牙运动精度的影响就越大。运动副间隙只有严格控制在 2 0μm以内 ,才能保证递纸牙运动轨迹偏差控制在 1 0 0μm之内。要保证递纸牙的运动精度满足要求 ,除了各运动副间隙必须严格控制外 ,还必须采取靠山等类似机构来消除运动副间隙所造成的递纸牙运动轨迹偏差

Abstract:Joint clearances have an important effect on the motion precision of paper transferring grippers. The relationship between joint clearances and motion precision of paper transferring grippers was derived by assuming that the forces on the joints were continuous, the finite difference method was then used to solve the equations. Larger joint clearances result in larger displacement errors in the paper transferring grippers. Increasing the machine speed increases the influence of joint clearances on the motion precision of the paper transferring grippers. Only if the joint clearances are limited to within 0.02mm can the displacement error of the paper transferring grippers be controlled to within 0.1mm. To improve the motion precision of the paper transferring grippers, cushions can be added to eliminate the displacement errors in the paper transferring grippers caused by the joint clearances.
