离心机下阻尼器的非线性特性研究

摘    要:离心机下阻尼器的性能是离心机稳定运行的重要因素,由于转子支承系统非线性问题的存在,因此研究下阻尼器的非线性具有重要意义。文章分析了下阻尼器的结构,建立了下阻尼器的力学模型。根据非线性理论,结合离心机转子运行实验结果,分析了阻尼器的非线性振动。认为下阻尼器在离心机运行时的振动是非线性系统的受迫振动。分析了非线性受迫振动系统与线性系统的区别,总结了非线性受迫振动系统的一些重要特性。对下阻尼器非线性的研究为全面了解下阻尼器的振动特性提供了帮助。

Abstract:The performance of bottom bearing damper is an important factor to the steady running of the centrifuge. So it is of significance to study the nonlinearity of the bottom bearing damper. The structure of the bottom bearing damper is analyzed and mechanics model is established. Based on the theory of nonlinearity, the vibration characteristics of the bottom bearing damper is analyzed from the running experiment results of centrifuge. It is considered that the vibration of the bottom bearing damper belongs to forced vibration of nonlinear system. At the end, the differences between the nonlinear system with forced vibration and the linear system are summarized.
