| 摘 要： | 线谱对参数是语音信号处理中声道模型的重要参数，其计算与量化直接关系到合成语音的质量，通常计算方法复杂，计算量大。利用Chebyshev多项式推导了一种快速计算LSP参数的算法，并研究了一种采用多级矢量量化方法实现18比特／帧的LSP参数高效量化。采用本文方法不仅保持了必要的量化精度，而且运算量大大降低。

| Abstract: | Line-Spectrum Pairs are important parameters of vocal track model in speech coding, their computation and quantization are closely related to synthetic speech quality. In this paper, a fast algorithm about LSPs computation using Chebyshev polynomials is presented, then the method of LSP high efficient quantization is designed. It is shown that the algorithm has low calculation complexity and high precision, the quantization has efficient performance. |
