论大学德育中的公民道德能力培育

公民道德能力是公民在公共生活中应当具备的践履公共生活规范,维护并促进公共领域秩序的能力,它包括自我建构能力、自我承当能力、正义感、宽容和妥协能力。公民道德能力是民主政治秩序运行的最重要软件。当前我国大学生在公民道德能力方面总体水平不是很高,尤其是正义感、宽容和妥协能力方面的欠缺,是大学德育必须解决的重要问题。大学德育必须深刻认识公民教育的本质,弘扬大学精神,将大学打造成民主社会理智训练的重要场所,通过德育课程设置改革以及学生社团公民道德实践,努力提升大学生公民道德能力。

On the Cultivation of Civil Moral Ability in Moral Education at Colleges

Civil moral ability is a particular ability for citizens in public life to possess so as to fulfill the norms of public life,and to maintain and promote the order of public domain.This ability includes the quality of self-building,the quality of self-assuming,a sense of justice,and the quality of tolerance and compromise.This ability is the most important software of the smooth running of democratic politics.At present,the overall level of the civil moral ability of Chinese college students is not very good,esp.,in the aspects of a sense of justice,the quality of tolerance and compromise.Thus,it is important to solve the problem of lack of a sense of justice and the quality of tolerance and compromise.Moral education at colleges is supposed to profoundly realize the nature of civil education,promote the college spirit and turn colleges into important places of the sensible training of democratic society.By means of the curriculum innovation and the civil moral practice of student societies,it＇s likely to promote the civil moral ability of college students.
