| 摘 要： | 分析了工业建筑遗产保护与再利用的背景、目的和现状,阐述了开展工业建筑遗产保护与再利用项目风险评估的必要性;进一步分析了风险管理的现状和发展趋势,论证了开展工业建筑遗产保护与再利用项目风险评估的可行性;并提出了工业建筑遗产保护与再利用项目风险评估的初步设想。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the background, objective and latest trend of the protection and reuse of industrial heritage. It explains the necessity to assess the protection and reuse project of industrial heritages; analyzes current practice and new trend of risk management, theorizes the possibility of the application of industrial heritage protection and reuse assessment; It brings forward a basic model for industrial heritage protection and reuse assessment. |
