摘    要:基于激光超声的融蚀模型,将脉冲激光源等效为垂直力源,进而作为超声脉冲的激发源,建立弹性振子模型,采用弹性点阵的模拟方法对激光超声在金属材料中的产生和传播机理进行了研究。着重研究了不同的金属材料受到理想点源激发时,所产生的超声表面波的传播过程。针对同一激发源在铝和铜介质中的不同激发效率进行对比和分析,结果发现金属铝中传播的声脉冲相比于铜介质具有更大的振幅与较快的速度。

Abstract:Based on the ablative mechanism,this paper assume that pulsed laser is a equivalent vertical force source.It sets up the mass spring lattice model and used it to simulate the generation and propagation procession of the surface acoustic wave in the metal materials.This study focused on the generated efficiency of the surface acoustic wave in the Al and Cu plates.The numerical results show that the surface acoustic wave propagated in the Al plate has the larger amplitude and velocity than that in the Cu materials.
