摘    要:电动助力转向系统(EPS)不是真正的“按需型”转向系统.通过对其工况分析,提出根据转向助力电动机电流的大小用PWM来控制电磁离合器电流的节能方案.分别建立对应具体转向工况和实际路况的EPS系统能耗评价方案,依据实际的转向使用情况,选取了原地转向、大转角转向和方向盘中位附近转向3种典型的转向工况和一段典型的路况进行试验.结果表明:在所选路段上,该节能方案降低系统能耗约43.6%.

Abstract:Electric Power Steering(EPS) system is not a real on-demand steering system. An energy sa-ving strategy was provided through the analysis of its working. Using the Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM), the electromagnetic clutch current is controlled according to the assistance current of EPS motor. Two evaluation methods of the energy saving effect were presented under certain steering situation and a real roadtest, respectively. Based on the actual steering performance, three typical steering situations: extremely parking steering, wide range angle steering and on-center steering, and a typical section of a highway were selected. Bench test results showed that the introduced strategy reduced energy expenditure.
