摘    要:液压位置伺服系统在轧机上得到了广泛应用.为了使液压位置伺服系统动态品质最优,作者采用调节系统参数并加入PID调节器的方法,使该系统的快速性、精确度得到提高;获得了PID合理参数,建立了使该系统品质最优的仿真程序,对初轧厂提高轧制精度和效率有一定的理论和实际意义

Abstract:The servo system of the electrohydraulic position is widly used in rolling mills. In order to optimize the dynamic features of the system, this paper presents a new method of adjusting the systematic parameteres and utilizing the PID adjuster,so that the system's fast response and degree of accuracy can be increased, and the rational parametre of PID adjustment can be obtained.A simulated programme is set up for optimizing the features of the system.This work has theoritical and practical significance for increasing the rolling accuracy and efficiency in rolling mills.
