铁钻工（Ironroughneck）是自动化钻井生产中钻机的配套设备。作为液压动力大钳的升级替代产品，铁钻工能够安全、高效地完成钻具的上、卸扣和紧、冲扣等工作。国内对于铁钻工设备的研究还处于起步阶段，还没有开发出性能稳定、参数优越的铁钻工产品，而国外的产品价格比较昂贵，限制了该产品在我国的普及和应用。因此，针对国内的钻井市场的需求和不同的钻井环境开发出适用范围广、稳定性高的铁钻工产品具有非常重要的意义。本文针对铁钻工钳体部分的冲扣钳进行了机构优化方面的研究。
