| 摘 要： | 细胞凋亡对机体的正常发育和某些疾病,如肿瘤的发生等具有重要的意义和影响,凋亡的检测技术和方法是研究和判断细胞凋亡的基础工具.就细胞凋亡过程中所发生的形态作以简要论述,综合比较发现,细胞凋亡的形态学观察以电镜观察最为主要,而生化改变的检测则往往需要将多种方法联合使用才能得到比较准确的结果.

| Abstract: | It is very important for organism to regulate natural development and to induce disease by apoptosis.Detecting technique and means of apoptosis is basic tool of investigating and estimating apoptosis.Driefly discusses forms during apoptosis.It is synthetically found that electricity lens is most important in morphology and combined means used in biochemistry is best for gaining good results. |
