Abstract:Endocrine secretion has a critical meaning in regulating that exercise initiates the organism stress reaction and in recovering internal environment homeostasis.During the sports testosterone can promote the anabolism and there is a strong correlation between the blood testosterone and the sports performance.The document discusses the progress of HPG activation and inhibition from the molecular level and the sports physiology.For the evaluation of the overtraining or the fore-contest condition and the prediction of the contest performance before the competition,the way is feasible.
