摘    要:提出了燃磷塔内辐射换热的双区模型,依据该模型把塔内沿流动方向分为燃烧区和冷却区2个区域.以此为基础推导出了磷燃烧塔的计算公式.用实际检测数据对模型的计算结果进行了验证,发现二者相符得很好.

Abstract:In order to obtain a calculation method in the design of the furnace of phosphoric acid, a two- zone model was proposed for the first time based on the radiative heat transfer in the furnace, which was divided into the combustion zone and the cooling zone along the path of gas. Furthermore, the calculation formulations were deduced. The predicted results by the model were in good agreement with experimental measurements.
