海洋真菌K26号代谢产物的研究

摘    要:从南海真菌K26号中共分离得到8个化合物,其中硫酸酯胆碱和3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸首次从中国南海海洋真菌中分离得到.它们的结构通过IR,FABMS,NMR及2DNMR得到确定.

Abstract:Eight compounds were isolated from the marine fungus No.K26 of the South China Sea.(Among) which choline-O-sulfate and 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid were initially isolated from the marine fungus of the South China Sea.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscope methods,including IR,FABMS,NMR,and 2DNMR respectivelly.
