钢球侵彻钛合金靶板弹道极限速度

摘    要:研究钢球垂直侵彻TC4和TA7钛合金靶板的弹道极限速度υ50,并建立了不同弹靶条件下υ50经验关系.实验结果表明:在钛合金靶板厚度一定的条件下,υ50随钢球直径呈指数规律递减;在钢球直径一定的条件下,υ50随钛合金靶板厚度呈指数规律递增;在相同实验条件下,TC4靶板的υ50明显大于TA7靶板.这对飞机目标等效靶研究及其易损性分析有重要应用价值.

Abstract:An experimental study on the ballistics limit velocities v 50 for steel spheres penetrating normally through TC4, TA7 titanium alloy plates is carried out,and empirical ballistics limit velocity expressions for TC4,TA7 are established. Experimental results show that v 50 decreases exponentially with the sphere diameter when the plate thickness is kept constant, whereas it increase exponentially with the thickness of plates when the diameter of spheres are kept constant. v 50 for TC4 plates are much higher than that with TA7 plates under the same experimental conditions. These results can be applied in equivalent target studies on aircraft for vulnerability analysis.
