ZnO非线性电阻残压特性研究

摘    要:本文研究了不同掺Al量和各种烧成条件对ZNR(Zinc oxide nonlinear resistor,即ZnO非线性电阻)I-V特性的影响,从理论上分析了不同掺Al量引起ZNR的I-V特性曲线变化的原因,讨论了烧成条件对ZNR残压和大电流冲击蜕变性能影响的机理,最后获得了性能优良的ZnO非线性电阻片的制作技术.

Abstract:The influence of different amounts of aluminum doping and sintering conditions on the current-voltage characteristics of ZNR(Zinc Oxide Nonlinear Resistors)has been investigated experimentally and theoretically. The mechanism of how the residual voltage characteristics and impulse degradation are affected by the sintering conditions is discussed. The preparing process for obtaining ZNR with better properties has been found.
