大花蕙兰离体培养和快速繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:以大花蕙兰茎尖作为外植体进行了组织培养繁殖技术的研究。结果显示:茎尖诱导芽的出苗整齐。适宜诱导增值的培养基为MS 6-BA1.0mg/L NAA0.1mg/L 0.6g/L活性炭,原球茎诱导率达85%。分化培养基为MS 6-BA1.5mg/L NAA0.5mg/L 活性炭0.6g/L,分化率74%。生根培养基1/2MS NAA1.0mg/L 多效唑0.2mg/L 蔗糖20g/L,琼脂5g/L固化培养,生根率98%。

Abstract:This paper studies on the isolated culture and rapid propagation of Cymbidium hybridium.The results show that the emergence of the inducing shoot is even, the optimal medium for inducing the shoot is MS 6-BA(1.0 mg/L) NAA(0.1 mg/L) AC(0.6 g/L), the inductivity of original corm amounts to 85%; the differential medium is MS 6-BA(1.5 mg/L) NAA(0.5 mg/L) AC(0.6 g/L),the differentiation rate is 74%; the medium for root-promoting is 1/2MS NAA(1.0 mg/L) multi-effect zole(0.2 mg/L) sucrosum(20 mg/L), the solidified cultivation is made in agar(5 g/L), the rooting rate is 98%.
