摘    要:为评估使用18CrNi4A钢齿轮在表面渗碳并磨削后的残余应力分布,从而达到改进工艺、延长寿命的目标,制备了完全渗碳的样件。并通过分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)试验,测试了样件在多种温度和应变率组合下的应力-应变数据,据之拟合出其Johnson-Cook(J-C)塑性本构模型,可用于描述18CrNi4A钢渗碳层在高应变率及高温条件下的动力学行为。采用该模型进行数值模拟的结果与试验的对比表明该塑性模型适用于磨削工艺的仿真模拟分析。

Abstract:To evaluate the residual stresses on the ground surfaces of gears made of carburized 18CrNi4A and improve the fatigue life, fully carburized specimens were prepared and tested by the split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) method, achieving a series of stress-strain curves under several combinations of temperatures and strain rates. Then parameters of the Johnson-Cook (J-C) plasticity model were fitted and applied to a numerical model of a grinding process. The simulation result agrees well with the relevant test.
