草苞菊胚株发育过程中多糖动态的研究

摘    要:运用常规石蜡制片法,在光学显微镜下观察下多糖在草苞菊胚珠发育过程中的消长动态,观察发现,胚囊发育的不同时期,在珠被、珠柄及子房壁细胞中,多糖含量呈不同程度的变化,而胚囊的整个发育过程始终无多糖积累,受精后,胚和胚乳均未发现可溶性多糖和储藏淀粉,珠心细胞中只见到可见多糖,认为胚囊发育所需营养是由于房壁通过珠柄到达珠被和胚囊的。

Abstract:Based on the conventional paraffin sectioning method, the dynamics of polysaccharides during the ovular development in Tugarinovia mongolica was observed at the optical level .The results showed that the contain of polysaccharoses in the ovular changed differently. There are not polysaccharide at the every stage of the embryo sac development. After fertilization, there are not polysaccharides and starch in the embryo and endosperm. Soluble polysaccharides was observed in the nucellus cells. The nutrition of embryo sac development was transferred from ovary wall to funiculus integument and embryo sac.
