摘    要:为了改进1,3-二甲基-5-亚硝基-6-氨基脲嘧啶(ANDMU)的电催化加氢还原工艺,在平行板隔膜电解槽中,以泡沫镍为阴极,钛基二氧化钌为阳极,饱和硫酸钾的硫酸亚汞为参比电极,用恒阴极电位电解方法研究了ANDMU电催化加氢还原过程。讨论了支持电解质浓度、阴极电位、阴极液pH值、温度、反应物ANDMU浓度和阴极液循环流量等工艺参数对还原产物收率及电流效率的影响。在优化条件下还原产物收率99.9%,电流效率79.2%。与铅阳极比较,电压效率增加14%,直流能耗降低12%。

Abstract:An electrocatalytic hydrogenation process was studied experimentally in a parallel plate diaphragm electrolyzer with a foamed nickel cathode,Ti/RuO_2 anode and Hg/Hg_2SO_4 reference electrode,to improve hydrogenation of 6-amino-5nitroso-1,3-dimethyluracil(ANDMU).The process parameters,such as the concentration of the supporting electrolyte,cathode potential,catholyte pH,temperature,ANDMU concentration,and catholyte flow rate,were studied using constant cathode potential electrolysis.The reductant(5,6-diamino-1,3-dimethyluracil,DADMU) yield was 99.9% and the current efficiency was 79.2% for the optimized conditions.The voltage efficiency was increased by 14% and the direct current energy consumption reduced by 12% compared with a lead anode.
