| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展，各种信息技术在图书馆得到广泛应用，对外借服务也提出了更高要求．本文以如何提高高校图书馆的外借服务水平为着眼点，从更新服务理念，加强业务学习，创新外借服务，树立现代化服务观4个方面对其进行全面论述．

| Abstract: | With the development of society,and the widely the library,all these request higher external loan service in used different kinds of information technology in the college library. This paper will discuss how to renew service theory,how to strergthen the vocational learning, how to innovate exteral loan service,and how to set up the modem service promoting and enhancing external loan service on the basis of in the college lihrary. |
