高校物业管理模式改革初探

高校物业管理制度的改革是高校后勤社会化改革的重要内容之一,也是后勤改革成败的关键因素。通过对高校物业管理的自我管理模式、联合管理模式、社会化管理模式三者的比较,并结合我校的具体情况,论述选择社会化管理模式的理由和取得的成效。

On the Modes of the Estate Management in Universities

The reform of the estate management system in universities is the key part of the socialization of the logistic reform in universities,and also the key to the success of the reform.This paper analyzes three modes of estate management in universities： self management,cooperation management and socialized management,and then puts forward an appropriate mode for our university——socialized management.
